Wildflowers started as an event design business over 20 years ago and has grown into the go-to company for events and corporate programs in The Bahamas. The immense amount of talent that we have at Wildflowers is unmatched and our team constantly pushes the envelope to create innovative, imaginative and original designs.
The quality of our work has been displayed through special events with the Tiger Woods Foundation, LPGA, Disney/ESPN, Atlantis Paradise Island and Baha Mar. Wildflowers’ floor plans allow flawless execution of your event setup, and ensure all of your items are set as you envision. With a seamlessly structured and understandable layout of your event, you can put your mind at ease knowing that everything will be accurately placed, and will go according to plan. Your team will have access to these innovative products to aid in the successful implementation of your event.
Wildflowers uses the floor plan software Placez to create your layout in 2D, and brings them to life using the proprietary software that enables 360 photos. Through 3D renderings, you can view your event as though you are already there, with the ability to preview your layout, color scheme and décor selection.

In addition to our exceptional design capabilities, Wildflowers has the largest rental inventory in The Bahamas. We encourage our clients to visit our showroom facility, in order to see and touch the proposed items for all events. Our team has the ability to mix and match items on the spot and will work with you at our side to ensure the final product surpasses all of your expectations.
